HWT Built 1946 by Merryweather & Co. at Greenwich
Fuel: anthracite, Pressure: 120 psi,
‘B’ size, No.9603, vertical shell, 16" dia x 46" high. 1996 inside rebuilt by Roger Lees, Macclesfield. (Ref: Funnel 95).

Engine

Single. 4 1/4" X 4"

sv valve. SLRG valve gear.
On turned columns, non-condensing

Propeller

3 blades, 18" X 30"
Shaft: EN45" steel

History

Hull built, fitted out and plant installed by owner, first steamed July 1980. Named after GWR ‘Saint’ class locomotive.Ref: Funnel 25. (formerly in owners 45' steel narrow boat TARRAGON).
