Tunnel stern , weed hatch . Focsle and stern lockers , storage in/under seats . Hull bought almost bare 1992 from MR Coates Marine , Whitby. Some work undertaken by owner most of visible and finer work done by Kevin Halcrow at Lakeland Wooden Boats , Kendal .

Fuel: Coal, Pressure: Max 200 , safety 180 psi, Grate area: 3.142 sqft, Heating area: aprox 60 sqft,
31 1/2" dia X 31 1/2" high Steel barrel. 141 X 3/4 internal" dia Steel tubes. Welded steel ,expanded tubes construction,
condensing, engine driven pump, hand pump, injector, Windermere kettle, whistle, siren,
141 x 1" od tubes 17" long, Kettle can fit standard 7 1/4" steamer inserts for cooking

Triple Expansion. 2 3/4" + 4 5/8" + 6 1/2" X 4"

pv on HP & IP, sv on LP valve. SLRG with double-bar marine links valve gear.
Power: 8 1/2(estimated) HP
On 8 turned stainless columns.. Castings imported in 1992 & machining started by David Sykes in Norfolk ; work taken over by John Maltby after David Sykes' workshop burnt down . A considerable amount of redesign was carried out by John Maltby and the engine was completed in 2011 . With no condenser , open LP drain , 6' uninsulated steam pipe 6 1/2 hp was produced on a brake. Installed in hull in 2012 .

Bought as nearly naked hull in 1992 . Launched 2012 . Cushions added 2013 . Removable canopy and side curtains added 2015
