Fuel: Oil, Pressure: 150 psi,
fp, ap, condenser (20" vacuum) Modified GLJ/Wilkinson/Haas No.9 4-jet vapourising burner using pressurised 28 sec kerosene heating oil.

Engine

Compound. 2 1/2" + 5" X 3"
Built 2004 by Sam Wilkinson
Design: Savery style sv valve. No.23. 6 hp at 600 rpm. Based on a Savery design of 1914.

Propeller

Narrow blades, 16" X 26"
Shaft: 1" Stainless Steel

History

Commissioned as a new build but strictly to an Edwardian design in late 2002. Completed and delivered in 2006. Built to the maximum length easily trailerable. Only the minimum of electrics but not to include boiler control (I can be stubborn!)
